These terms explain how ordering, delivery, support, complaints and refund handling work for Shark Human Alliance certificates. This page is meant to make the purchase process clearer and more trustworthy.

1. Operator

This website is operated by JEEL Wekeza s.r.o. If you need help with an order, delivery issue, file defect, duplicate payment, or complaint, contact us at sharkhumanalliance@gmail.com.

2. What is being sold

The website sells digital, personalized certificates and related digital assets within the Shark Human Alliance project. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, the product is delivered digitally and no physical framed certificate is shipped.

3. How ordering works

To place an order, choose a certificate tier, enter the requested details, and complete payment through the checkout flow. The order is treated as placed once payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Delivery and access

Certificates are generated digitally after successful payment. If an email address is provided, delivery details may also be sent by email. If no email address is provided, the certificate should be downloaded immediately from the success page because the link may not be stored for later retrieval.

5. Complaints and technical issues

If the delivered file is defective, the certificate cannot be downloaded, the wrong tier is generated, or another technical or payment-related issue occurs, contact support without unnecessary delay and include the order details if available. We will review the issue and propose a practical resolution, such as re-delivery, correction, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

6. Refunds and corrections

Because the product is a personalized digital item, refund and correction requests are handled individually based on the specific issue. If there is a duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, or a defect caused on our side, contact us and we will review the request promptly. If the certificate contains a mistake caused by submitted input data, we still encourage you to contact us and we will try to help.
