2. What is being sold
The website sells digital, personalized certificates and related digital assets within the Shark Human Alliance project. The certificate is symbolic, humorous, and not legally binding. It is not a safety guarantee, diplomatic credential, official certification, insurance product, or marine authority document. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, the product is delivered digitally and no physical framed certificate is shipped. Current conservation allocations are described on the Impact page, including the amount allocated per tier and the organizations currently listed as planned recipients.
3. Order, payment, and contract formation
To place an order, choose a certificate tier, enter the requested details, review the price and purchase summary, confirm the Terms & Purchase Conditions, confirm immediate digital delivery, and complete payment through the checkout flow. Card payments are processed by Stripe. The order is treated as placed once payment is successfully confirmed or, for a valid free promo checkout, once the checkout flow confirms completion.
4. Personal data and legal basis
To issue and deliver the certificate, we process the submitted name, dedication text, delivery email where provided, gift recipient email where provided, and related order identifiers. This processing is carried out to perform the contract and deliver the requested digital certificate. Dedication text is moderated before acceptance and may be rejected if it contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, impersonation-style, or contact-style content. 5. Public registry
The public Diplomatic Registry displays only records for which the customer actively opted in during checkout or later made the record public through record controls. If no registry opt-in is given, the record remains private and is not returned by the public registry endpoint. Record visibility can later be hidden, and an erasure request can be initiated, through the private record controls linked from the certificate access flow.
6. Dedication moderation
Dedication text is user-submitted content. We reserve the right to reject, shorten, remove, or refuse to issue content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, misleading, or otherwise damaging to third parties, public order, or the Shark Human Alliance brand presentation. If moderation blocks the submitted text, the order cannot proceed until acceptable wording is provided.
7. Delivery and access
Certificates are generated digitally after successful payment or successful free promo checkout. Delivery is provided through the success page and, if an email address is provided, delivery details may also be sent by email. If no email address is provided, the certificate should be downloaded immediately from the success page because the link may not be stored for later retrieval. If delivery fails, contact support and include the order details available to you.
8. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal right
Because the certificate is personalized digital content made from details you provide, the checkout asks for express consent to immediate digital delivery before the usual withdrawal period expires. If you give that consent and acknowledge the related withdrawal consequences, the certificate can be generated and made available immediately after successful payment. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective digital content, failed delivery, duplicate charge, or another issue caused by us.
9. Conservation disclaimer
Conservation allocations are funded from Shark Human Alliance revenue. You are purchasing a digital product, not making a direct charitable donation, and the purchase is not tax-deductible as a charitable gift. Allocations are tracked internally and reported publicly once public allocation reports are issued. Planned recipients are not sponsors, endorsers, confirmed recipients, or formal partners unless expressly confirmed.
10. Complaints and technical issues
If the delivered file is defective, the certificate cannot be downloaded, the wrong tier is generated, a payment appears duplicated, or another technical or payment-related issue occurs, contact support without unnecessary delay and include the order details if available. We will review the issue and propose a practical resolution, such as re-delivery, correction, replacement, refund where appropriate, or another suitable remedy.
11. Refunds and corrections
Because the product is a personalized digital item, refund and correction requests are handled individually based on the specific issue and applicable consumer law. If there is a duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, or a defect caused on our side, contact us and we will review the request promptly. If the certificate contains a mistake caused by submitted input data, we still encourage you to contact us and we will try to help with a practical correction.
